Boosters

Mercer Island Orchestra Boosters is a registered 501c3 organization created to support teachers and students in the Mercer Island School District orchestra program.

If you have a child in the orchestra program, YOU are a member of Mercer Island Orchestra Boosters. We’re so excited to work with you for our students!

First established in 2013, as Team O – Friends of Mercer Island Orchestra, our organization was founded by a small group of parents who identified the need to provide financial and volunteer support to assist a vibrant and rapidly growing school orchestra program.

The Booster Board is made up of Orchestra teachers, a senior student representative, and, of course, parents.

The Board meets the 1st Monday of every month when school is in session, 5:00pm in the Orchestra Room at Islander Middle School. All supporters of Mercer Island Orchestra are invited to attend and participate in person or via zoom.
