Mercer Island Orchestra Boosters

So proud of our IMS middle school 7th and 8th grade orchestra chosen to be a Concert Hour exemplary honor group for the 2025 National Association for Music Education’s All-NW Conference in Spokane, WA! They sounded so amazing! Bravo!

This year, only two middle school string groups in the entire Northwest region (WA, OR, ID, WY, MT, AK) were chosen for this huge honor – and Islander Middle School orchestra is one of them!

We were the talk of the conference and got a standing ovation!
